PRF
Platelet-Rich Fibrin
Platelet-Rich Fibrin, or PRF, is a regenerative treatment that uses a small sample of your own blood to concentrate platelets, fibrin, white blood cells, and growth factors. After your blood is drawn, it is gently processed without synthetic additives, creating a natural serum that can be used to support tissue repair, collagen production, skin quality, and overall rejuvenation. Because PRF comes from your own body, it is often chosen by patients looking for a more natural approach to aesthetic enhancement.
PRF can be added to microneedling treatments to enhance skin rejuvenation. After microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin, PRF can be applied topically to help support healing, improve texture, soften the appearance of fine lines, and promote a healthier glow. This combination is commonly used for overall skin refresh, acne scarring, uneven tone, enlarged pores, and early signs of aging.
PRF can also be injected directly into targeted areas where collagen support and tissue regeneration are desired. Depending on your goals, PRF may be used to improve skin quality, soften fine lines, support volume and firmness, and rejuvenate delicate areas such as the under-eye region, cheeks, jawline, neck, or other areas of concern. Results develop gradually as your body responds to the growth factors and fibrin matrix.
PRF is also used for hair restoration in patients with thinning hair or early hair loss. When injected into the scalp, PRF may help stimulate the hair follicles, improve scalp health, and support thicker, stronger hair growth over time. A series of treatments is typically recommended, and results vary based on the cause and extent of hair loss. During your consultation, we will review your goals, medical history, and treatment options to determine whether PRF is appropriate for you.
