With more than 20 years of medical practice each, we bring seasoned physician judgment, clinical perspective, and a commitment to patient-centered care into the aesthetics space. Our move into aesthetics represents a meaningful later-career evolution, inspired by the opportunity to build lasting relationships with our patients and help people feel their best at every stage of life. We created this clinic for both women and men who want thoughtful guidance, elevated care, and natural results that honor their features rather than change them. Our approach is never rushed, trend-driven, or one-size-fits-all. It is careful, collaborative, and designed around each patient’s individual goals.

Meet the Experts
Karis Tekwani
MD, DABOM, MSCP
I am a physician with a lifelong interest in aging well, looking natural, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and went on to earn my medical degree from Rush Medical College. I have been a practicing physician since 2006, beginning my career in emergency medicine before expanding my focus to regenerative aesthetics, advanced skin rejuvenation, and vein care.
Growing up in Aspen, Colorado, surrounded by a culture that values health, vitality, and natural beauty, shaped my appreciation for graceful aging and subtle, confidence-building treatments. My approach is physician-led, honest, and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on helping patients look refreshed, healthy, and like themselves.
I am especially passionate about Sofwave, a noninvasive ultrasound technology designed to support natural skin tightening and rejuvenation. My appreciation for Sofwave became personal when I gifted my mother a treatment for her 70th birthday. I was so impressed by both the technology and the natural-looking results that I decided to invest in the device for my own practice.
I am certified in Sofwave, Pure Impact, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and microneedling, and I bring advanced procedural skills and clinical judgment to every treatment plan. In addition to aesthetic services, I also perform cosmetic vein treatments and treatment for varicose veins.
As the founder of a women-owned business, I strive to create a warm, approachable environment where every client is treated like family. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care with precision, safety, and a natural aesthetic at the center of every treatment.
Asmita Patel
MD
Dr. Asmita Patel is a board-certified physician with more than two decades of experience caring for patients in the Chicagoland area. A lifelong member of the community, Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Illinois in 2000, earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 2004, and completed her Emergency Medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in 2007. For 20 years, Dr. Patel dedicated her career to emergency medicine, providing compassionate, expert care to patients during some of the most critical moments of their lives. This extensive clinical experience laid the foundation for her commitment to safety, precision, and patient-centered care.
In recent years, Dr. Patel has focused her practice on venous medicine, helping patients improve both their vascular health and quality of life through safe and effective treatments for venous insufficiency. Her passion for wellness and helping patients feel their best naturally led her to expand her focus into medical aesthetics.
Today, Dr. Patel and Dr. Kari Tekwani have joined forces to create a welcoming environment where medicine, healing, and beauty come together. Their shared vision is to provide personalized care that helps clients look and feel their best while maintaining natural, beautiful results. As someone who grew up, trained, and continues to practice in the community she calls home, Dr. Patel values the relationships she builds with her patients and is honored to care for generations of local families. She believes that confidence begins with feeling healthy, empowered, and comfortable in your own skin, and she is dedicated to helping every client achieve their individual goals with honesty, expertise, and compassion.
